All guests are required to wear facemasks during check-in, and whenever they are within 6 feet of captain, crew, or other guests not in their party. Guests may remove facemasks to eat and drink, and when they are socially distanced from others. Refusal to follow COVID-19 mask guidelines may result in 1) not being allowed to board the vessel; 2) charter being cut short for the safety of other guests and crew; 3) forfeiture of payment for charter - no refunds or credits given for COVID non-compliance.
Here's what we're doing to keep you and our employees safe - http://lakeunioncharters.com/covid/
All reservations are final. All no-shows and cancellations are not subject to refund.
If you can't make your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible - we will do our best to reschedule you if possible. We may also give you credits toward a later adventure. You may incur a rescheduling fee that is up to 40% of the total charter fee, at the discretion of our reservation staff.
There is no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances allowed on our charters. This includes marijuana - though it is legal in Washington State, our boats are under federal and US Coast Guard regulations that prohibit marijuana use on board.
